Millbrook Wood - Sold

Description:  An alder woodland located in the pretty Stour Valley tucked away on the edge of the small town of Kinver. In addition to the alder there is willow, ash, oak, sycamore, holly, elder, hawthorn and mountain ash. The ground is level and fertile. Although there are paths though the wood there are plently of secluded areas. The small areas of bluebells can be seen in the spring. There is a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) on the woodland, this doesn't affect normal woodland management but requires Forestry Commision or Local Authority approval.

Access: is along the track from Hyde Lane, there is an overgrown entrance gate off this track at the far end of the wood.

Boundaries:  along the southwest the dry ditch and metal fence; along the southeast and northeast wire fence with trees and shrubs; along the north the track side; the short length at the northeast is by the large willow with mistletoe.
