Big Shed Wood is a beautiful mixed woodland just a short drive from Newport Pagnell.

The woodland has a rich variety of species, with beech, ash and Scots pine forming the backbone of the wood, alongside oak, birch, hazel, sycamore, holly and hawthorn. The terrain is level and easy to walk, with paths winding through numerous open glades that would make excellent spots for a camp base for woodland activities. The site is completely secluded and private, with no public rights of way crossing or bordering the land.

The main camp area features a well-built, large shed fitted with a log burner, offering shelter on wet days, along with a sturdy fire pit for evenings spent around the fire. A caravan is also included in the sale, perfect for overnight stays.

The woods are a haven for wildlife, with muntjac, Chinese water deer, red deer and roe deer all regular visitors.

Newport Pagnell itself is just a short drive away, offering a good range of restaurants, shops, pubs and everyday amenities.

Ward is Newport Pagnell North & Hanslope and the county council is Milton Keynes.
