Tuck Wood presents a rare chance to acquire an attractive mixed woodland with river frontage, located just a short drive from the Norfolk coastline.

On entering the woodland, mature Scots pine immediately shape the landscape, providing year-round colour and an open, light-filled feel. Moving deeper into the site, the woodland becomes more diverse, with oak, ash and birch predominating, alongside occasional chestnut, hazel, holly and field maple. Near the river, large poplar trees add further variety.

The gently flowing River Stiffkey runs along the eastern boundary, bringing charm and a sense of tranquillity, with open farmland beyond. The land is largely flat and easy to explore, with a number of open glades both along the riverbank and within the woodland itself, ideal for creating a private and secluded camp base. Ferns and grasses cover the woodland floor, and in spring the central area is carpeted with bluebells.

Wildlife is plentiful, with red, roe and muntjac deer, as well as foxes, badgers and a wide range of birdlife regularly seen throughout the wood.

Tuck Wood ticks a lot of boxes on the woodland wishlist and at just over 3.5 acres is the perfect size for those considering owning a woodland.

Situated near Fakenham and Kettlestone, Tuck Wood is well placed, being just a short drive to Cromer and the coast and the Norfolk National Landscape. To the south, Norwich is just 25 miles away.
