Description    East Ruggers Green Wood, one of three adjacent woods available as individual woods or as a whole is set in the Cotswolds  area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) in Gloucestershire, a recognition of the super quality of the local landscape.  Semi-natural and PAWS woodland with lots of bluebells and other woodland flowers.

Approached via a narrow country track probably best suited for a 4x4 the seclusion and peaceful surroundings are idyllic.

Set on level ground in a quiet and peaceful location, private with no public acess makes this is a perfect woodland for family forestry.

Drinking water is available from a nearby main. Sporting rights are included, they are not let. A TPO (tree preservation order) covers the woodland but this does not prevent normal woodland management, a Forestry Commission management plan with a felling licence is in place and this could be taken over from the present owner.

The west and east boundaries are shown by red topped posts.
